Every quarter, AB Tasty allocates a budget for each team to have some fun and spend quality time together.
Depending on AB Tasty quarterly results, one or several "Season Friday" (a day off, to be booked on a Friday), will be offered to all employees if some conditions are met.

"Arrivée en tant que CSM en septembre 2015, j’ai pu appréhender mes premiers clients ainsi que monter en compétence sur notre solution AB Tasty.
Très vite, l'équipe CSM a grossi. On m’a donc confié, assez rapidement, au bout d' un an, le rôle de TL afin de suivre à la fois la montée en compétence de plusieurs collaborateurs mais également de sécuriser le portefeuille client de mon équipe.
Mais ce n’était pas fini ! Après 1 an sur mon rôle de TL, j’ai eu la chance de pouvoir accéder au poste de Head Of CSM FR, regroupant une quinzaine de CSMs. Les challenges ont été nombreux, que ce soit en termes de structure, de rétention, de mise en place de process, de recrutement…. C’est un poste que j’ai occupé pendant près de 5 ans.
Désormais, j’accompagne l’ensemble des équipes clients EMEA et APAC, incluant une équipe de Professionnal Services. Avec toujours comme principaux objectifs, la satisfaction client, la rétention client et la croissance d’AB Tasty.
Mon évolution chez AB Tasty a suivi notre croissance et j’ai eu la chance d’avoir été accompagnée et soutenue par mes différents managers ainsi que nos CEOs."

First time as a manager ? Don't worry, AB Tasty got you covered! We will automatically schedule a specific in-depth training for you to become a natural leader !
Tech-savvy ? AB Tasty implemented "Chapter" for our Tech teams. E.g, the Chapter Front gathers developers for a meeting scheduled every two weeks where all front developers are invited to share and learn around front end technology or front end projects update.
Thursday Learning -> At the beginning of each quarter, Engineers can choose a topic to study (Coding language, Work Methodology ...). Then they will spend Every of their Thursday afternoons on this topic and sharpen their skills !
