Their story
Founded in 1990, Generix Group's strong external growth strategy led to the integration of Ceitel (point-of-sale and loyalty solutions) in 2005, Influe Illicom (B2B integration and collaborative management solutions) and Infolog Solutions (supply chain solutions) in 2007, and GMI Connectivity (EDI solutions) in 2015. In 2016, the company set its sights on North America with the acquisition of Sologlobe, the North American leader in logistics solutions. In 2018, Generix Group opens a service center in Portugal, and in 2020 an R&D center in Romania. In 2022, Montefiore Investment becomes a shareholder of Generix Group.

Over the past few years, Generix Group has developed a CSR approach through daily actions such as recycling (paper, IT equipment, selective sorting), checking our suppliers' CSR commitment, implementing ethical rules for conducting business, using green electricity in our data centers and reducing our carbon footprint by limiting travel within the group.
