Marketing
The Marketing, Communication & Event team is in charge of increasing Matawan's exposure and promoting its offers. To achieve this, the team designs sales tools and adapts content for every communication channel, it also participates in exhibitions, enters contests to boost the company's reputation and encourages its growth in the booming mobility sector.
Product Management
The role of the department is to gather and anticipate needs in order to translate them into features, based on strategy, marketing studies and customer-focused teams. And at last, to develop a product roadmap with the engineering teams.
Engineering
The engineering teams, according to their role, design and develop the technical roadmap of the product in collaboration with the Product team. Their objective is also to ensure the durability, upgradability, and technical quality of all products.
Sales
The Sales teams are in charge of establishing and reinforcing relationships with various institutions and within different ecosystems, as well as identifying market opportunities and suggesting Matawan's products as a solution. These teams work both in France and abroad.
Project Deployment
The service’s role is to deploy and configure Ubitransport products for new customers and new features for existing customers. The technical and business expertise of the teams is essential to support clients in the implementation of their projects. The team consists mainly of Directors and Project Managers.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction teams have the responsibility of addressing customer's day-to-day problems, ensuring the correct use of the products, and guaranteeing the customer's satisfaction. They also design, deploy and run product training courses for customers.
Support functions
The Finance department is responsible for the company's accounting and financial management: establishes budgets, monitors expenditure and income, realizes financial analyses to guide strategic decisions, tracks investments, and ensures legal compliance.
Human Resources
Matawan's Human Resources department is in charge of identifying, recruiting and integrating new talents. They also manage payrolls, promote good working conditions for employees and allow talent development through training programs.
