Integrated within different squads, the Product team is made up of various profiles: Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and QA.
The team has a common goal: to make Yousign the best European e-signature product and, to go even further, to maximize the value brought to our customers. 📈
To do so, they focus their work around discovery, delivery, communication and organization of cross-functional projects. 🌻

The Sales Business unit is composed of 4 teams:
🔎 "Demand Generation": our Business Development Representatives (outbound) and Sales Development Representatives (inbound) are in charge of finding new customers,
✒ "Customer Acquisition": our Account Executives are in charge of finalizing deals and creating the beginning of the customer relationship,
💞 "Net Revenue Retention": our Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and Care Officers take care of our customers by moving from product adoption, to retention and solution delivery,
💻 "Indirect Sales": our Key Account Managers work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by proposing our product in their portfolio.
