MISSIONS

As a Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our global partnerships in collaboration with Charlotte, our Outreach/ Partnerships Manager . You will work closely with Solution Partners, Atlassian Marketplace vendors, and other stakeholders to build successful collaborations that drive customer and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Elements’ long-term vision by creating lasting partnerships that deliver value for all parties.

  • Drive partnership-based demand for our apps through evangelism, enablement, and joint marketing activities

  • Develop and execute strategic event plans (industry-leading events (online / offline) own events, webinars …) to maximize product visibility and ROI through meticulous logistics management and integrated marketing campaigns

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Building and nurturing strategic partnerships

  • Develop and execute our partnerships vision in collaboration with our Outreach/ Partnerships Manager ensuring sustainable growth and profitability

  • Build & cultivate strong relationships with Atlassian Solution Partners fostering trust, alignment, and long-term collaboration

  • Influence partner sales, pre-sales and consultants teams to promote and sell Elements apps, driving shared success and alignment on revenue goals

  • Expand Elements’ market footprint worldwilde through innovative partner-driven strategies

  • Anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and proactively develop strategies to maintain Elements’ leadership in the Atlassian ecosystem of Solution Partners

  • Identify, select and execute co-marketing activities with vendors with complementary offerings, developing app-combined use cases with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to present through joint activities (webinars, blog)

  • Continuously gather opportunities to evolve our products and feedback from our partners and transfer that knowledge internally to the Product and Marketing teams

  • Represent Elements at global partner events and industry conferences, expanding the company’s presence in key markets like North America and Europe

Enablement & Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing & Product Management) to provide training, marketing resources, and tools to help partners effectively promote and sell Elements apps : product trainings, in-depth demos, product news.

  • Support partners in creating strategies to drive pipeline growth and close deals

  • Deliver insights and guidance to partners, fostering a deep understanding of Elements’ apps value

Performance tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports on Solution Partners performance, activities, insights, and recommendations for future content.

  • Provide regular updates on partner progress to internal stakeholders and recommend strategies to optimize performance

Events operations

  • Design and implement strategic plans for both virtual and in-person events ensuring that each sponsorship and event partnership maximizes product visibility and drives high ROI.

  • Manage the complete logistics and execution of events, from budget management and timeline planning to vendor coordination, team briefings, and presentation rehearsals.

  • Ensure smooth communication across teams and timely reporting on event outcomes, delivering high-impact experiences for attendees and valuable insights for Elements

  • Work with our Growth Marketing Manager, our Partnership Manager and external partners to create engaging webinars and digital events designed to nurture leads and advance them through the funnel

  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that build momentum before events and drive sustained engagement post-event.

Profil recherché

EDUCATION LEVEL & DIPLOMA

  • 5 years degree in Digital Marketing/technical background with a marketing degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years experience in managing partnerships or channel sales, in the SaaS/Tech world

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and a track record of successfully navigating complex partner dynamics

  • Excel in building trust, handling negotiations, and driving alignment with external partner teams to achieve shared success

TRANSVERSE COMPETENCE

English fluency mandatory (native from US or UK will be a +) + working proficiency in French

Step 2 : In-depth interview: 1:1 video to assess skills with our Head of Marketing

Step 3 : Practical case to prepare and present
