At Camptocamp, we strongly believe in Corporate social and environmental responsibility (CSR) and are committed to making a positive difference in our community and for our planet. We have a number of initiatives in place that reflect our commitment to a sustainable and equitable future.

Diversity and Inclusion

We actively promote diversity and inclusion within our company. Our team is currently 75% men and 25% women, and we pride ourselves on fostering a balanced working environment. We also support part-time working. 40% of our employees work part-time to help them achieve a better work-life balance.

Inclusive Hiring and Refugee Support

Camptocamp is committed to providing opportunities for people in vulnerable situations. We employ refugees in training, giving them the chance to rebuild a stable and rewarding working life. We also take on people undergoing vocational retraining, enabling them to develop new skills and redirect their careers.

Support for local schools

We believe in the importance of education and training young talent. That's why we work closely with local schools, taking on work-study students, apprentices and interns. We are a sponsor of ECOLE 42 in Lausanne and every year we take on several interns from this school. This initiative enables students to gain valuable experience while contributing to our business.

Currently undergoing B-Corp Certification

Our commitment to social and environmental responsibility continues to grow. We are currently preparing for our B Corp certification, in recognition of our efforts to achieve the highest standards of social and environmental performance.

Environmental initiatives

At Camptocamp, we take concrete steps to protect our environment.
We have installed beehives in some of our buildings, contributing to local biodiversity and pollination. We also contribute financially to the promotion of soft mobility in certain countries, encouraging our employees to adopt environmentally-friendly modes of transport.

Structured CSR commitment
To structure and strengthen our CSR approach, we hired a CSR manager in 2024. This person is dedicated to implementing and monitoring our social and environmental initiatives, ensuring that we stay on track to achieve our objectives.

Training and volunteering

We believe in the ongoing education of our employees. This is why we offer training courses such as the Climate Fresco, to raise awareness and educate our team about climate issues. What's more, each employee has one day of voluntary work per year to support social or environmental initiatives of their choice.
