The position is based in Paris, France.
Position Overview :
This Product Marketing Manager will play a hybrid role, with responsibilities split between leading product marketing efforts for external partnerships (e.g. Partnership PMM) and supporting some of PayFit's core products marketing initiatives as a “classic” PMM.
This role requires a seasoned PMM who can handle this multifaceted position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product marketing in B2B/SaaS environments, and experience with partner-driven initiatives while having the ability to take part in product discoveries, craft compelling product narratives, or lead efficient go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities :
1. Partnership Product Marketing (50%)
- Lead the marketing strategy for external partnerships based on PayFit’s already defined top opportunity verticals and partners listing
- Act as the primary marketing liaison with partners, ensuring alignment on joint initiatives, messaging, and strategic goals (lead generation, revenue sharing agreement, etc)
- Design and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for partnership-driven launches, coordinating with internal / external partners to ensure successful execution
- Partner with the marketing team to execute GTM plans, designing assets (incl. promotions), and running campaigns to deliver against the partnership goals
- Work closely with internal strategy, product, sales, marketing and partner teams to ensure joint product marketing initiatives meet the needs of all stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners to create compelling co-branded marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across channels
- Define key value propositions that articulate the benefits of joint solutions in a way that resonates with target customers
2. Core Product Marketing (50%)
- Collaborate with product teams during the product discovery phase to provide critical market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Participate in early-stage product discussions to influence product direction, ensuring that the value proposition and differentiators are clearly defined
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for some of the core PayFit product portfolio
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, product, CS and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of Payroll & HRIS industry trends, identify opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a Saas
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience working in partnership and core product marketing roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting partnerships
- Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting products
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing external partner
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market and customer data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom)
