During the first 6 months, as a new employee, you will have access to:
- Compulsory presentations and training to help you understand the company's challenges, its players, the interactions and projects between departments, and your role in all this;
- A smooth handover of your responsibilities ;

- Regular meetings with HR to share your views on their recruitment and onboarding processes, to validate your probationary period and to ensure your long-term commitment to the company;
- A buddy or mentor with whom you can build a close relationship, and who can provide you with valuable information about the company culture;
