We have the following exciting missions for you:

• Monitor Market Trends: Stay ahead of the game. Track innovations and trends in the plant-based world, organise regular and inspiring innovations tastings, send the internal monthly newsletter “La Vie Times” (with market and consumers insights, with moodboards and new ideas), organise inspirational bi-annual Innovation Days “Inno Expo” (along with R&D & Marketing Teams inviting guest speakers, workshops, brainstorming sessions etc.) to foster the team’s creativity and inspire new product ideas!

• Lead Consumer Panels: Talk to consumers. Organise panels tests, define the tests objectives, recruit the targeted consumers, set up the tests, analyse results and recommend next steps to integrate the consumers within the product development process and make sure we launch the best plant-based products on the market! 

• Assist Product Development: Be conso-centric. Assist the Innovation Manager during the product development phase by leading some packaging designs to launch products in different channels (retail & food service) and across different countries and by taking on missions such as prototyping, testings and tastings and recommend solutions always putting yourself in the shoes of the consumer.

Our ideal Innovation Junior Project Leader:

• You are looking for a 6 months internship

• You are passionate about food and innovations (you live for food, you live for brands)

• You are extremely curious, creative and dynamic (you have your own Pinterest inspirational boards.)

• You always think of the consumer first (you have an ability to know what people want even before they do.)

• You are hands on, proactive and ready to take on new challenges (You can think outside the box and you see opportunities and provide solutions.)

• You are organised and rigorous.

• You have a master’s degree in Marketing/ Innovation.

• You are fluent in English and French.

You will have a first video call with HR and a second interview with your future

manager, Valentine, then a business case in the office !
