Become the Agicap expert and referent on a strategic topic : bank connectivity. Being able to provide the best connectivity method to our customers and qualitative support to all Agicap collaborators and clients as well as investigating with banks directly to improve our knowledge.
Understand, qualify, prioritize and manage CS and AE support demands; following up and make sure all issues find a solution with the right level of support. Call the clients and banks to investigate and solve issues, reduce friction, avoid churns when needed.
Structure and organize training sessions to the relevant teams at Agicap according to their constraints and needs to make them more autonomous.
Measure your results and identify possible improvements on both processes and product; ensure a frequent reporting to stake holders and be a consultant for the product team within your scope for new developments.
Be the clients’ and CSs’ voice to the product team regarding bank synchronization, you will be a key actor in the improvement and adaptability of our solution! In the meantime, be the product team’s voice to the CS to train them and inform them on new features, best practices, roadmaps…
Develop, enrich, and communicate on the documentation to make the team more autonomous including the update of all our backoffice tools, strategic part to our countries’ developments and monitoring.
Be the referent for our bank aggregator partners to discuss, solve issues and make them prioritize our subjects.
