Agility is spreading around Airbus Helicopters. Through operational bottom-up initiatives and in a few larger departments, Scrum and SAFe frameworks are used by more than 500 daily practitioners.
IM Governance aims to help Agile teams toward their learning journey in those new ways of thinking, delivering value to customers and also ensuring that all governance aspects are adopted in due form.
We provide guidelines, trainings and workshops when appropriate. We lead ceremonies to guide stakeholders to reflect on actual maturity and efficiency and to encourage continuous improvement. We pilot the overall portfolio of the iterative initiatives.

Agile
Deliver Lean-Agile coaching, mentoring to teams and relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate trainings, awarenesses to support and increase agile maturity within the organization.
Help the teams to identify the correct framework matching their context (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Get involved with the teams to enhance Agile practices through pragmatic operational guidance and specific workshops (e.g: Value Stream Mappings, Inspect and Adapt…).
Develop and promote an Agile community to enhance best practices sharing and cross collaboration.
Quality and performance
Partner closely with the Information Management Governance team to improve our Quality System on Agile internal processes, templates and tools.
Ensure Information Management Governance policies are applied leading Agile initiatives process adherence and performance assessments.
Create an effective environment for delivery of measurable results.
Contribute to Projects Portfolio Management engaging stakeholders in a governance that ensures effective use of time, budget and achievement of quality
Fluent in English and French, knowledge of German is a plus
7-8 years experience in project, program or product management
Proven track records of 5 years as an actor in an agile project, applying Scrum, Kanban and/or scaled agile framework to support product delivery lifecycle (Certifications appreciated)
Hands-on experience in Agile training delivery, workshop & ceremonies facilitation
Coaching ability, interact convince and influence, enthusiasm in growing others, manage human aspect of change
Good understanding of metrics implementation and interpretation to enhance product delivery performance, processes improvement
Affinity to classic waterfall projects and process engineering practices
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in a complex business environment
