Airbus Helicopters is looking for an MRO Contract owner(f/m) to join our teams based in Marignane, France.

As Project manager within the MRO Chief Engineering, you will act as Contract Owner for a set of MRO Aircraft RETROFIT and commercial Service Bulletin (SB) development activities. In the agile teams setup, you define the project mission, technical solutions, budget and tasks for the empowered multifunctional teams (including our extended design Office around the world, MRO centers, …), harmonize planning, ensure agreed communication to Customers and support where the teams ask for help.
Ensure contract management in cooperation with the Program Organization. Foster effective management of partners and suppliers. This includes all project phases from studies, development, installation, ground and flight test, certification up to the “in service” use by the customer
SPECIFIC: The Contract Owner acts as a member of Master and Align Squad Team to perform the following tasks: Ensure the definition of the technical solutions & associated Development logic in accordance with the contract/customer requests.
Ensure harmonization of Contract Schedule, Budget & Costs, Quality, Risks & Opportunities with Customer/Program/Finance/PMO and leadfunctions (LFs), which perform the work. Define the main tasks and deliverables in MAS backlog and harmonize with LFs
Negotiate and represent Design Office in front of diversified decision –makers (as customers external suppliers…) Evaluate in offer phase, feasibility & coordinate workload/cost estimate Lead the MRO A/C team members, activities repartition, propriety management,
Support Program to define the MRO A/C and MRO center strategy for the Design Activities Contribute to CCDO (worldwide extended design office)assessment, growth up, activities sharing, …
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
You are a team player, you have very good communication skills and you work structured with an anticipatory way.
You are autonomous and problem solving oriented. Enhanced experience in Project management (>8 years)
Experience with “Production Support” and “Support and Service” organization
Experience with MRO Center
Languages: French level: negotiation English level: negotiation
