Create superior value by delivering strategic insights on merchants’ and Alma’s performance, helping increase its impact and rise as a strategic partner.

🎯 Main missions

The Revenue organization at Alma covers the whole customer lifecycle, from lead to churn, and includes the Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Solutions Engineering & Account Management teams.

Quest for alignment, efficiency, and excellence between these teams, representing more than 80 talented professionals, through Revenue Operations is an absolute must-have.

Your mission, as business analyst**,** will be to support all the Revenue teams and ensure they have all the data driven insights they need to reach their targets and improve their performance in terms of speed & efficiency. Revenue operations business analyst determines the most important opportunities and data to grow our revenue, to eliminate silos between departments while prioritizing efficiency and countability among teams so that they excel in their core business.

🔑 Key responsibilities

Feed our strategy and participate to its execution

  • Understand deeply Alma's targeted markets, market share, and dynamics.
  • Understand reasons of wins and how to win faster by making our data speak
  • Design adhoc data driven tools and models to crack tactical business cases

Improve performance monitoring and understanding of revenue growth dynamics

  • Build and manage dashboards and revenue forecasts so Revenue teams and leadership can easily understand business health and meet goals
  • Support leaders of Revenue teams to set the right targets and follow the right KPIs
  • Give facts and insights to Revenue functional leaders and the VP Sales so they can better design their roadmap and set priorities

Infuse data excellence

  • Driving a data culture inside revenue teams, leveraging data as to build unfair advantages
  • Collaborate closely with the Central Data Team to maintain a high standard on data quality across the organization

💡 Skills & knowledge

Hard skills – theoretical knowledge

  • SQL
  • Data visualisation tools (experience with Looker & LookML is a plus)
  • Data analytics & modelling
  • 3 years experience in data analysis/business analysis

  • Organize, clean and leverage raw CRM data (Salesforce)
