Apiday is a comprehensive sustainability data platform designed to help companies worldwide effectively manage their ESG performance. Following a new round of fundraising, the company is entering a phase of hyper-growth and is looking for a talented Junior ESG Analyst to join its ESG team.
As a Junior ESG Analyst, you will play an instrumental role in supporting our corporate and financial institution clients with their diverse advisory needs. You will also contribute to making Apiday the most advanced sustainability software in the industry, working as part of a passionate and supportive ESG team.

Your role will include:
Expertise: Support senior ESG team members by providing technical advice to our customers, offering insights and recommendations on ESG strategies, CSRD, SFDR, and EU Taxonomy compliance. You will assist in producing regulatory documents and optimizing reporting campaigns.
Product: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to enhance the platform. Provide ESG expertise to improve the document automation tool in the app using AI.
Training: Help educate all internal Apiday teams on ESG topics by preparing training materials and answering technical questions.
Regulatory watch: Ensure a regulatory watch to stay abreast of the latest updates on key regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy), best practices, and other developments in the field of ESG.
You have studied or are studying at a Management, Business or Engineering school or university, preferably with a specialization in ESG, CSR, sustainability or climate.
You already have some experience in sustainability, or you’re very interested in the subject and want to develop your expertise in it.
You are curious, rigorous, organized, structured, proactive and autonomous. You enjoy working in a team and for customers. You want to develop your ESG skills and are motivated to learn and become an expert on the subject.
You speak and write English fluently, and ideally a second language.
Knowledge of European regulations on ESG topics would be a plus (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CSDD, etc.).
