In this dynamic environment, we seek a highly motivated and high-potential individual to join our UK Finance team, providing critical support to the country's Top Management and the Group as a key business partner.
Position Overview
As a Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the UK CEO, UK leadership team stakeholders, and the Group Finance team. Your role will encompass building and refining financial processes to ensure top-quality financial data that supports informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation and Support for Internal Clients: Provide analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to various business aspects (e.g. sales, staffing) and cash collection, ensuring comprehensive visibility and facilitating optimal decision-making. Participate in discussions on commercial performance, profitability, marketing budgets, etc.
- Business Forecasting: Manage budgeting and financial forecasting, working directly with local and global stakeholders to gather and critically evaluate information.
- Financial Data and Tools Management: Implement the group's internal information systems (Salesforce, Napta, Everwin) and processes to ensure data quality.
- Corporate Life Participation: Collaborate with the accounting team on monthly, half-year, and annual close, ensuring accurate business-related accounting information (e.g. accruals). Assist with audit preparation and accounts where required.
- Local Liaison with Group Finance Team: Sharing key insights on office performance and helping to establish shared best practices and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Be AAT qualified or part ACCA/CIMA.
- Over 2 years of experience in Business Partnering or FP&A.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to advising senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to producing deliverables.
- Capable of monitoring own workload
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and G Suite.
