What you will be doing

The Social Media Advertising (SMA) Manager ensures with a high degree of autonomy the missions of advice to the clients of the agency. Its primary goal is customer satisfaction. Its missions also include:

The management of SMA consultants, including:
-support for the team's consultants, in the strategic approach of the clients and in their operational management.
-the permanent watch of the respect of the quality, the costs, the deadlines and the objectives of the customers.
-the development of the gross margin of the SMA department.
-the evolution of work processes and operational methodologies.

The participation in the recommendations and calls for tenders of the SMA department including:
-the development of SMA operational strategies based on a good understanding and analysis of the client & prospects activity, a good understanding of the marketing issues, especially for the apprehension of the target as well as an advanced knowledge of the orchestration logic of content on social networks.
-the evaluation of budget investments and the corresponding results estimates.

The daily management of SMA customers:
-the realization of accounts audit taking into account the marketing strategy and the objectives of the client
creating or resuming customer campaigns.
-performance monitoring, monitoring reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly), analysis of the results obtained.
-recommendations for optimization actions and implementation of the proposed optimizations.

-a strong knowledge of the social media landscape to ensure a high level of vision and advice delivered to our clients

Participation in transversal projects:
-the realization of internal multi-pole projects within Artefact, whether they are projects related to the creation or data department.
-take part in external projects temporarily to support data or creation expertise.

Your Experience

    • You justify an experience of 3 years minimum within an online advertising agency

Your Skills

    • Mastery of Social Media Advertising concepts (KPI’s, engagement logics, campaigns objectives, creative orchestrations  etc.)
    • Mastery of Social Media Advertising interfaces (Business Manager, Pinterest Ads...)
    • Social management tools mastery (MakeMeReach, Radar.ly, Social Bakers...)
    • MS Office mastery (PPT, Excel)
    • Excellent communication and synthesis skills (written & oral)
    • Mastery of Analytics and data visualisation skills
    • Good knowledge of tracking principles

Your Language Mastery

    • Fluent in English, mastering a second language would be a plus.
