Artefact Benelux, with 85 consultants and growing rapidly, is seeking an ambitious Senior Paid Media Consultant to shape and advance our Paid Media offering at our Utrecht office.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Consultant with a strong background in social media advertising, mainly on the channels Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn. Knowledge and experience in B2B and account based marketing as well as other paid channels is a big plus. You will be responsible for driving performance outcomes for our national and international clients. You’ll use a wide range of paid media tools and platforms to deliver the right ads to the right audience and maximize ROI.

We collaborate closely with platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon.

We’re looking for a technically skilled consultant passionate about developing and implementing advanced solutions using AI technologies. A strong motivation to continue learning and stay up-to-date with emerging trends is essential for success in this role.

What You Will Be Doing:

You are an integral part of the overall Digital & Data Marketing team and a key player in the Paid Media team, delivering best-in-class media strategies and campaigns across platforms:

• Identify and understand client objectives regarding communication and online marketing strategy.
• Manage day-to-day search (and related) campaigns for clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Implement and fine-tune automated bidding strategies using advanced bid management tools.
• You consistently surprise our clients with innovative solutions and challenge both yourself and the team to continuously raise the bar
• Track campaign performance and budgets consistently.
• Develop operational recommendations, reports, and detailed analyses.
• Present results and insights to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team within Benelux and internationally.

What We Are Looking For:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an online advertising agency or on the client side.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms and tools to effectively run campaigns and audiences across various channels like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and/or Pinterest. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics to assess the impact of your campaigns.
• You are outgoing and feel comfortable representing Artefact in front of clients and at events
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate closely with Paid Media colleagues and fostering relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
