Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager – Paid Social, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance of paid social campaigns. You will act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their business objectives are met while driving innovative and data-driven paid social strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with clients' business goals and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ensure proper audience targeting, ad placements, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Understanding of incrementality testing and previous experience setting up brand, search and conversion lift studies across Google and Meta.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and performance insights.
- Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners such as Meta and Google.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance using data from platforms and analytics tools.
- Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Use A/B testing and data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign results.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including display and search.
- Forward thinking with creative development and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in paid social with hands on experience in platform.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Preferred knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and DV360
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party attribution platforms.
- Experience with YouGov Data analysis to measure awareness, consideration and purchase intent
- Experience interpreting MMM outputs and how to apply learning to the Paid Social strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
