Artefact Benelux is looking for an ambitious Senior Programmatic Display Consultant to advance and shape the future of our programmatic display & video offering in our Utrecht office.
The role
You are part of the overall Digital & Data Marketing team, and a key player in the Programmatic Display & Video team. Together you deliver best-in-class media strategy, audience management and innovative campaigns across display and video platforms.
You are responsible for driving branding and performance outcomes for our national and international clients together with the broader paid media team and client strategist. As a local Google Marketing Platform reseller, our business has a strong relationship with Google and detailed knowledge of the Google Tech Stack. We don’t just run exceptional campaigns; we also onboard clients onto the GMP platform, providing guidance on best-in-class setup, media and audience strategy, and offering ongoing support for their in-house teams.
In addition to working with Google tech stack such as Google Display Ads, DV 360, CM 360 and GA4, we also collaborate with local publishers and other programmatic display solutions. Artefact is tool-and publisher-agnostic and always looking for the best results for our clients.
What you will be doing
- Identify customer objectives and translate them into communication and online marketing strategy (media mix, KPI setting, mediaplan)
- Develop and implement programmatic display & video strategies (on and/or campaign driven)
- Lead client relationship activities, including client-facing communication and ongoing management.
- Provide expert Advice advice on display and video strategies within the broader brand and performance marketing context in the total brand & performance marketing strategy
- Manage audiences, publishers and DSP’s such as DV 360, and partner with publishers like DPG and RTL
- Oversee day-to-day management of programmatic display campaigns for your client and directly exchange with them, serving as a main point of contactYou will be the client’s main point of contact!
- Give operational recommendations (e.g. budgets, frequency, audiences)
- Conduct detailed reporting and analysis in DV 360, CM 360,and presenting the results to your client in a wider media strategy context
- Collaborate with the digital and data marketing team to share insights and become a subject matter expert on your topics.
- Onboard clients on Google Marketing Platform, providing support on account creation and integration of GMP into the broader digital ecosystem
- Build and maintain partnership relation with publishers within the Benelux market
- Client facing role and ownership of building kick-ass presentationsTake ownership of creating impactful presentations for clients.
Your Skills
- You have at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an online advertising agency.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of programmatic display concepts (budgets, bids, landscape, KPIs, Floodlights, audiences) and interfaces (DV360, Campaign Manager 360)
- Knowledge of the publisher and DSP environment in the Netherlands
- Experience with other paid social media platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics with strong analytical skills, capable of translating raw data into client-specific reports and visualisations
- Knowledge of attribution and tracking principles (CM 360, GA 360, Facebook etc)
- Understanding of possibilities and limitations of DMP and CDP concepts.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills, both written and verbal
