Your main missions

You will play a key role in the engagement of headquarters employees through reliable communication aligned with the Group's overall strategy. You will be able to create adapted content to inform and engage internal stakeholders, interact directly with them, and organize internal events to promote engagement at headquarters, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Your main missions will be to : 

  • Participate in the definition and coordination of communication plans for headquarters departments, by co-constructing plans, coordinating annual actions, and establishing a calendar aligned with the Group's highlights.
  • Advise GIE stakeholders for adapted and impactful communication, by proposing appropriate messages, actions and supports for executives, managers, assistants and employees.
  • Create, produce and distribute consistent content through internal communication channels to drive employee engagement, by writing the editorial part, managing the graphic production, defining the distribution schedule and ensuring the relevance, quality and originality of the content.
  • Contribute to the coordination of key internal AXA events at headquarters, such as TownHall Meetings, the annual party, or the inauguration of new premises, and participate in the development of new engagement formats, in particular when arriving at a new site.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at AXA headquarters becoming a reference point for all communication topics at headquarters.

Profil recherché

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Master journalism, corporate communication and digital communication techniques,
  • 2-5 years’ experience in communication or marketing
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English,
  • Have strong writing and editing skills, and mastery of PowerPoint and Word tools.
  • In addition, you will need to be creative, possibly with experience in graphic design, and demonstrate skills in project management, event management, as well as organization, problem solving and verbal and written communication.
