Job Overview
As part of the Value-Added network Product team, the purpose of the role is to manage Build & Support team ensuring high quality of service for all the Products part of the Product Line and achieving their strategic technical, financial and customer satisfaction objectives. This position will shape the strategy of the Products in line with the Group strategic plans and manage the performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.
As a Team Manager you will be a key member of the Product Line Management team and will be managing on premise and Cloud Network Products. You will also play a key role, together with the Product Owners in providing detailed technical information to our partners, Opco’s, Markets, customers, and internal GO teams. Together with your team, you will concentrate on Operational topics, projects, life cycle, support for pre-sales activities, working with key accounts and field teams, responding to solution engineer’s inquiries, and assisting in Customer Proof of Concept trials.
The individual must be a highly motivated self-starter, well organized able to work independently, and identify needs within the organization and address them as needed.
