Descriptif du poste

Alongside the international HR Team at AXA LM, you will play a crucial role as a Human Resources Business Partner for our dynamic Paris Office and PMO for the entire team. You'll be at the forefront of shaping our workplace culture and driving impactful HR initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1.       Strategic Business Partnering:  

·    Advise, support and challenge managers on HR topics such as career development and year-end-review campaigns, as well as their managerial posture;

·       Act as the go-to person for employees on operational HR matters;

·       Assist managers in fulfilling recruitment needs;

·       Implement HR processes aligned with group policies & standards;

·       Lead seamless on-boarding, probation periods, and departures processes;

2.       Project Management:  

·       Actively contribute to HR projects and process design, playing a pivotal role in driving HR transformation;

·    Coordinate Group initiatives at both local and global levels, ensuring consistency in HR practices across different countries;

·       Drive internal reporting and KPI follow-up to optimize our HR operating model;

·       Launch the surveys and make the result analysis (Ex.: Pulse / Inclusion Survey);

·       Handle HR communication towards the Business as needed and where applicable. 

3.       Data Management and Compensation & Benefits Oversight:

·       Serve as the Business Data Officer for the HR department and the community of assistants;

·       Be the central point of contact for all HR-related financial matters, including invoices, provisions, budget, and employment costs;

·       Manage semi-outsourced payroll and handle personnel administration issues. 

4.       Collective and individual social relations: 

·       Participate in and animate works council meetings;

·       Provide support to managers in addressing their disciplinary needs. 

5.       Tutoring:

·       Manage and develop one apprentice;

AXA LM’s expertise lies in the acquisition and management of non-life (re)insurance legacy business by providing proactive claims management services to AXA. In other words, we work to reduce exposure and create value out of the "run-off" portfolios that we have acquired and are managing.

Profil recherché

1 – Education:

·       Master Degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field

2 – Mindset:

·       Customer focused and solution oriented;

·       Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environment;

·       Ability to work with autonomy whilst prioritizing collaboration and co-creation;

·       Agile learner who understands and adapts swiftly to different business contexts;

3 – Competencies:

·       5+ years in HR or equivalent experience, ideally with experience in business partnering positions or similar ones;

·       Good knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices (Talent Management, Compensation review, Performance management, L&D etc.);

·       Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives;

·       Methodic and well organized;

·       Capability to partner effectively with varied and senior stakeholders;

·       Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral / written);

·       Experience in a multicultural, transversal, or corporate center environment.
