The Finance Control Team is dedicated to analyzing, commenting and reporting the financial information that is delivered to Management (CEO, CFO, Excom), to AXA Group (PBRC and GPM). This department is under the control of AXA LM CFO.
Within the Financial Control Team, you will report to the Head of Financial Control and Accounting, and you will be in charge of 3 financial controllers.
You will contribute to the following missions:
- Monitor IFRS reporting and financial control of AXA LM entities:
o Review of instructions to send to AXA LM entities
o Organization and animation of meetings with entities and other AXA LM departments; interactions with Group correspondents
o Analysis, review and control IFRS data (actual and forecast) submitted by entities in the consolidation tools, control compliance of reported information with Group instructions
o Follow-up of the timeline and Group methodologies, preparation of support for presentation to Group of AXA LM consolidated figures.
o Improvement of analysis tools
- Supervise the strategic planification of operational and financial KPIs (budget, follow-up and analysis of strategic objectives).
- Be an effective and trusted correspondent for the local AXA LM entities (ensure an effective coordination, provide support and assistance, answer questions; ensure that the entity understands and applies Group instructions; improve the quality and efficiency of the entity reporting); get knowledge and understanding of the entity specificities
- Transversal projects and one-off analysis on request from Management/Executive Committee

- Master’s degree in finance: Business / Engineering school, university
- 4 to 5-year experience in financial advisory / audit firm or in a finance department
- Experience of (re)insurance would be a plus
- Synthetic skills
- Financial skills (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flows)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, structured & proactive; ability to work with autonomy
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Management skills
- Fluent English is required
- Pack office knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude) is considered as a plus
