We are looking for a Transformation Manager that will contribute to the Agile transformation efforts within our organization, helping teams adopt and optimize Agile methodologies in a Hybrid environment to deliver high-quality products and services. This role involves providing training, coaching, and mentoring to teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Quarterly Planning, and driving continuous improvement in our Agile & Hybrid practices.
Attached to the Senior Transformation Lead, the Transformation Manager we are looking for will contribute to the implementation of Agile methodologies in a Hybrid environment. Indeed, some of our programs are in waterfall while the Product & Tech Teams work with Agile methodologies. Using a hybrid approach that combines Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a key to success in delivering our transformation plan. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing methodologies to ensure successful delivery while balancing the structure of Waterfall with the flexibility of Agile.
The scope of this role is both managed by Product & Tech and includes the step-up of their Teams in terms of methodology (incl. trainings).
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the Agile & Hybrid transformation efforts across the organization.
Provide training and coaching to teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
Support Agile teams to foster self-organizing and high-performing teams.
Collaborates actively in the organization and smooth running of quarterly releases
Co-facilitate key Agile ceremonies once they have been identified and defined with the help of Tech & Product Stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for Agile practices.
Continuously participate in evaluation and improvement of Agile processes and practices.
Manage the cultural and organizational change required for successful Agile adoption.
Contribute to adoption of metrics and KPIs to measure the success of Agile adoption.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous feedback.
Identify and manage risks and issues unique to the hybrid model.

Experience working with Waterfall & Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar.
Very good knowledge in Jira's features and workflow
Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile principles and practices.
Coaching, Training, mentoring skills and team-building capabilities

Ability to drive organizational change.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Understanding of iterative approaches
Proficiency in project management tools that support both methodologies.
At least 7 years of proven experiences in Project/Product environment
Solid experience in organizing and managing Releases/Quarterly Planning in different contexts [on site, remote or hybrid].
Successfully deployed community of practice and cross-communities
Excellent knowledge of Discovery and Delivery workflows including Power Bi and databases.
Fluent in English
