ENTER THE GAME

As a Analyst Investigation AML Assistant, you will join the Compliance team, composed of experts dedicated to ensuring a secure, transparent, and responsible gaming experience for all. In this internship, you'll play an active role in risk mitigation related to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctioned individuals, and other high-risk profiles.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Analyze and process alerts related to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctioned individuals (asset freeze lists), and other high-risk profiles• Handle and investigate alerts escalated by the operational team• Analyze customer accounts to identify suspicious transactionsEnsure traceability of all alerts:• Document and create an analysis report for each alert• Close the alert if the risk is not substantiated, providing documented justificationProvide occasional support to the AML/CFT Specialist on various anti-money laundering projects, including:• Group policies and procedures• Customer classification and risk-based approach• Risk mapping• Deployment and use of AML tools (profiling/filtering systems)• Process requests from authorities or payment providers

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!This apprenticeship is for you if:• You are currently completing your final year at a business school, university, or political science institute• You specialize in Finance, Compliance, Law, or Political Science• You are analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities• You have knowledge of AML/CFT regulations• You speak fluent French and English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet your future manager, Simon -  Team Lead Investigation LCB FT followed by his manager Stéphanie - Head Of AML. 

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
