Job description
To lead our efforts in embedding ESG initiatives across our operations in fashion and drive the development and implementation of sustainable practices that align with our corporate values and industry standards.
MISSIONS :
Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with the company values and our 2030 ESG agenda.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (five fashion houses, plus corporate services), suppliers, and external partners to promote sustainable practices and ensure compliance with ESG standards and objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential ESG-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Policy Advocacy: Monitor industry trends and regulations (legislation and timeframe applicability) related to sustainability, advocating for best practices within the organization and ensuring compliance.
Training and Awareness: Develop training programs to raise awareness and educate employees about ESG principles and practices.
Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of ESG initiatives and report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, specifically on supplier evaluations, sustainable materials, and certifications.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility within the fashion industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful ESG strategies.
Fluent in English with good levels of French and Spanish
