Your Mission
We are looking for a HRBP to join the People team at BlaBlaCar. As HRBP for General & Administration perimeter (Corporate Affairs, Legal, Finance, People) for a 6 to 9 months fixed term contract. Your main mission is to understand the business, its strategy, roadmap and challenges well, with the ability to translate business needs into people needs and anticipate change, but also to formulate and drive action for the organisation through coaching, advisory, and targeted initiatives informed by data (organisational health & pulse tracking). You will be reporting to the Lead HRBP and working with a team of 4 HRBPs and 1 Legal & Transactional Expert.
Your responsibilities:
Partner with people experts and managers in the organisation to build & roll out People programs (including goals setting, performance evaluations, promo assessments, compensation reviews & bonus planning, etc). Assess and monitor organisational health and pulse (engagement survey + organisation health metrics + ad-hoc feedback).Follow the organisation’s effectiveness and drive development (incl. organisation design, performance management, targeted learning, development programs, etc).Identify and drive people roadmap for the organisation.Build and follow your organisation’s staffing plan.Your qualifications:
5 progressive years of experience in HR, including 2-3 years of HRBP experience or HR Leader. -Experience as HR for Finance is a plus.
-Knowledge of FR law and Syntec collective agreement are required.
Experience in demonstrating judgment and problem-solving skills about people and organisational issues; you have a creative, solutions-based mindset Practical experience with HRMS (Workday is a plus)Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relations with employees and managersGood organisational skills with business-oriented thinking and analytical mindsetFull working proficiency in English & FrenchFit with our BlaBlaPrinciplesThriving in a collaborative, fast-growing, and innovative environmentAbility to take ownership, aligned with business priorities What we have to offer:
