Your responsibilities

  • Content Production: • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and the company website. • Collaborate with internal and external contributors to ensure high-quality content delivery. • Stay updated on market trends to create relevant and timely content.

  • Social Media Management: • Execute the social media strategy to boost engagement and grow our audience. • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement. • Create and schedule posts across all social media platforms.

  • Event Management: • Assist in organizing and managing Blank’s presence at trade shows and events. • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Other Activities: • Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and collaboration with technical teams. • Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand presentation across media. • Help monitor brand mentions and engagement and monitoring the competition • Collaborate on marketing reporting and PPT creation


Profil recherché

You may be a good fit if :

  • You have about 2 years of experience in a marketing and/or communication role; experience in fintech or working with self-employed individuals is a plus.

  • You are proficient in using social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • You have content creation skills, with experience writing for blogs or other media.

  • You have basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMRush).

  • You are data-oriented with analytical skills.

  • You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • You are native Italian speaker, proficient in English (B2); French is a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

For this position, our recruitment process consists of 3 steps :

  • Phone Interview with Arnold, Talent Acquisition - 30 minutes

  • Visio interview with Elisa, Marketing and Communication Manager, Julien, Country Manager, and another member of the French team - 60 minutes

  • Physical meeting with the team - 30 minutes
