What You'll Do
- Manages & executes logistics for all aspects of CDC including, onboarding of talent (new joiners) to CDC, administration of CDC meetings, workday changes specific to CDC set up for employee and reporting checks and preparation for CDC meetings including flags, ensuring accuracy and all case reviews are submitted, follow up and ongoing monitoring of CDC outcomes etc.
- Oversees L&D delivery leveraging team (esp. Starter Week delivery) and follows up as well as population registration to all L&D programs including BCG L&D such as Consulting Foundations, Advanced consulting etc.
- Checks eligibility for Technical L&D programs developed and implemented by and for BCG X informs and collaborates with People & Development, Talent Managers and Global L&D
- Collaborates with relevant Talent Managers and staffers to ensure correct case information is up to date as needed to trigger appropriate forms and information for case reviews, L&D programing or other Ad hoc requests for reporting as needed
- Escalates potential employee relations concerns to ensure we align and collaborate with P&D leadership and local BCG HR teams as needed
- Create and/or update regular reports as required including headcount activity, reduced capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition or other program reporting needs and ensure accuracy and timelines of delivery
- Flexibility to take on people experience, L&D or other key people projects that impact region, global business or other relevant people experience as needed
- Champion of BCG X EVP benefits, eligibility, program administration, and tracking, ensuring people are aware of programs and leverage them to support their career aspirations and employee experience
- Contributes to employee experience of all CT talent including career development
- Actively works with CDA's and Global L&D and cross chapter L&D to ensure depth of understanding of employee population being served and works with Regional P&D team to deliver on a wide range of people experiences to drive culture, engagement and people development

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years experience in professional services environment, preferably in a people or recruiting function
- Some experience in HR systems such as workday beneficial
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
