🗒️ About the Role:
As the Technical Lead of our “Financial Services” team, you’ll drive and manage the Software Engineering unit dedicated to provide all the tools for bsport to become client’s financial partner. Your team’s focus areas will include:
Provide a Payment solution to our clients (around 500k€ is processed every day through our payment stack)
Generate billing to our clients based on flexible subscription and support bsport pricing model strategy (based on geography, functionalities, sector of activity…)
Expand bsport offering to new markets (countries, payment methods …)
🎯 What will be your impact:
As a Technical lead, ie hands-on Engineering Manager, you will:
Build and lead a high-performing team of Software Engineers to manage the full-lifecycles of your products (backend, front-end, infrastructure…)
Architect robust systems to deliver a wide range of customizable offering for our members on our mobile apps and web interfaces
Collaborate closely with key bsport business units to implement new products and provide valuable feedback
Mentor team members, nurturing their professional growth and development

You have substantial experience in any current Object-Oriented backend language (familiarity with Python and Django is a plus)
You have a significant experience in a compliance-heavy industry (Accounting, payment, Health-tech…)
You are professionally proficient in English
