Role & Responsibilities
To ensure the quality and functionality of software applications or systems before they are released to users. The QA Analyst job involves thoroughly testing software products to identify and report any defects or issues that could affect user experience or functionality.

Your missions:

  • Testing & Analyzing :
    • Create & maintain comprehensive manual test plans, test reports and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
    • Execute those test plans & test cases.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify software functionality and validate business processes.
    • Identify, analyze, and document software defects and issues in a clear and concise manner.
    • Participate in test planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.
    • Use various testing techniques and tools to ensure maximum test coverage and efficiency.
    • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Mentoring :
    • Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA testers, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software testing.
  • Customer Care Support :
    • Working with the customer care team to respond to customers issues and improve the product.
    • Review, track, and analyze issues.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience with:
    1. Web testing.
    2. Mobile testing (iOS, Android).
    3. API testing.
    4. testing real mobile devices and emulators (iOS, Android).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a manual QA tester, preferably more than 2 years.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test plans.
  • Experience in project methodology (like agile, scrum, etc..)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A good level of written and spoken English.
