About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in direct sourcing and a passion for employer branding. In this role, you will be at the heart of our growth, helping us attract top-tier tech talents (developers, product managers, engineers) and support roles while shaping and amplifying our employer brand.

By joining the People team, you will report to our HR Manager (Agathe) and also work alongside Julien, our HR Ops, Pauline, our HR Assistant, and finally Rim, HR Ops (based in Tangier).
What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs for Tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, etc.).
Drive end-to-end sourcing strategies and identify the best talents using direct approach techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
Conduct initial personality and motivational interviews to assess candidate fit and gather key information (expectations, availability, salary, etc.)
Coordinate the entire recruitment process with all stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and structured candidate journey
Manage and optimize our ATS (Teamtailor ideally) to ensure an efficient and transparent hiring process
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Contribute to or lead projects related to employer branding (employee testimonials, social media content, career page revamp, talent events, etc.)
Participate in the onboarding process and implement a buddy program to support new hires and strengthen their integration
Continuously optimize recruitment processes and suggest actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics and share insights to guide decision-making

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a solid focus on sourcing and tech recruitment
Proven ability to find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Hands-on experience with an ATS (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus)
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – you’ll work in an international environment
A genuine interest in employer branding and candidate experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Content creation or coordination experience (employer branding videos, blog posts, campaigns)
