Tech/Finance Senior Recruiter - RPO

 

Duration: 6 months, renewable 

Start Date: ASAP 

Location: Paris 

Remote Work: 2 days per week from home

 

Due to rapid growth, CFM, a world leader in quantitative asset management, is looking to add an experienced Tech/Finance Recruiter to our team. You'll play a crucial role in finding and hiring tech talent that will drive our company’s innovation and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the recruitment process for specialized roles in data, back-end engineering, quant, and infrastructure (non-exhaustive list)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand the unique needs and requirements of each department.
  • Build and maintain a network of skilled candidates, including those for positions in New York and other English-speaking markets.
  • Conduct targeted searches for specific roles while managing incoming applications efficiently.
  • Provide a top-notch candidate experience through clear and ongoing communication.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and IT service companies, including those from English-speaking countries.

Profile description:

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • At least 6 years of experience in tech and finance recruitment.
  • Experience in both an agency setting and in-house recruiting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for hedge funds, CIB, or asset management.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to engage with international candidates and partners.
  • Strong skills in handling multiple recruitment projects at once with keen attention to detail.
  • Expertise in managing applications and headhunting for niche roles.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
