Based at our site in London, you will join our Customer Success Manager team .

Your main mission is to ensure the satisfaction and retention of major clients and to support them in adopting our products.

Your objective as a Customer Success Manager ?

You will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of the clients in your portfolio, to promote retention and develop Cegid's relationship with its clients.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Animate and coordinate the portfolio of clients assigned to you : Define and animate the strategy for your client portfolio to promote retention (monitoring KPIs, holding regular sessions and rituals with your clients, animating & coordinating action plans) & find triggers to prevent client loss.
  • Ensure proper product adoption : Share best practices of the solution and Cegid's value proposition to encourage clients to make the best possible use of it.
  • Participate in the improvement of the Customer Experience : Promote client engagement by participating in the various waves of NPS surveys.
  • Transform our clients into ambassadors : Through your actions, you need to identify ambassadors among your client base, to turn them into active references, who can commit alongside us to increase our level of NCA (New Customer Acquisition).

Profil recherché

  • You have more than 2 years of experience in a client-oriented role (Customer Success, Account Management) within a B2B SaaS company.
  • You are recognized for your strong sense of customer service and are proactive in addressing their business issues. 
  • Knowledge of the retail sector would be a definite advantage. 
  • You have project management skills
  • You speak English & French fluently (mandatory for client relations).
