For our company Generali CEE Holding we are looking for a new colleague for the position of CEE Controller focusing on expenses controlling and market analyses throughout the CEE Region. New colleague will be providing status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data on a country & consolidated basis.

What will be the main responsibilities?

• Managing expenses & market data flow and related processes (Holding Controlling databases).
• Delivering regular expenses & market economic valuations on quarterly and monthly data (and ad-hoc analyses) both on a country basis as well as on the overall consolidated CEE Region.
• Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting to Head Office as well as CEE Holding top management.
• Delivering monthly financial closings at Holding level.
• Participating in quarterly financial closings at Holding level.
• Preparing forecasts, annual budgets and three-year strategic business plans.
• Supporting and cooperating with regional controlling teams in CEE countries.

What should the perfect candidate have?

• University degree in Finance/Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling.
• Very good level of English (daily use with colleagues and direct manager).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
