Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and engage communities across ChangeNOW’s various social media platforms.

• Create engaging and inspiring content to promote our initiatives and events.

• Interact with our audience to enhance their engagement and respond to their inquiries.

• Collaborate with the communication team to develop impactful content strategies.

• Work with the ChangeNOW managers to develop personal community management practices across the teams

• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize our actions.

• You are dynamic, responsive, and passionate about everything social

• You are an expert in community management, with significant experience in managing online communities.

• You are committed and passionate about impact-driven topics and sustainable initiatives.

• You have a talent for creating content (texts, images, videos) and are proficient with creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

• You are looking for integrating a team of impact driven individuals and available to work from our office in Paris
