We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Spain and cover the Spanish market.
🔥 Missions :
As an Account Executive you will be joining the International Manager, reporting directly to her.
Your mission will consist in:
Reach as many prospects as possible. Here are some ideas to generate leads:
You can count on our tools in France and our french international clients
You will need to activate your networks
You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events …)
Sign both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results)
Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools
Our dream candidate would fit the following criteria (and if you don’t but you are still motivated, you should get in touch with us anyway) 🙂
You have initial sales experience (~2 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them.
You have a strong entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset - you’ve already managed a project from start to finish and are proud of it. You liked it and you want to participate in building something new.
You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country.
Spanish is your native language and you are fluent in English.
