Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our marketplace aims to make boating accessible around the world, and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.

Since our conception in 2013 we have grown substantially and we have acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.

So far, we are opened for business in more than 100 countries and 4000 destinations, and we are also a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries.

Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and we also have offices in Marseille and Barcelona.

💪 Team:

In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units :

  • Supply: which deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.

  • Sales: which deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.

  • Customer Care: which represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).

You will integrate the Supply team based in Barcelona, a business unit composed of 15 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer, and organised by market.

As part of your missions, you will join the Greek market and work along a Head of Supply, and several Account Managers.

You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.

🚀 Tasks:

You will be in charge of your own customer base, composed of professional Greek boat owners. You’ll handle the following tasks, which will vary depending on the business seasonality.

In low season from October to April:

  • Your main goal will be to acquire new partners in the Greek Market by reaching out (cold call) to potential business partners. You will be responsible for the whole sale-cycle. The accounts you prospect will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which, you will monitor and be responsible for.

  • You will also participate in other business development action plans depending on the yearly objectives (for example launch a commission rise campaign).

In high season, from May to September:

  • Your main goal with be to manage your accounts: You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Greek market and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience. A set of KPIs and metrics will help you benchmark your portfolio’s performances and drive it towards growth.

You will also have 2 additional duties all along the year:

  • Onboarding new partners: You will be in charge of onboarding new partners and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement.

  • Project Management: You will be an expert on our product, participate on the improvement of our processes and tools, and give your best advice to our owners.

Full-time contract (40 hours per week) to start asap or in September/October.

Profil recherché

• You are a Greek native speaker and fluent in English.

Young professional or recently graduated with ideally one previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to communicate perfectly in Greek, both orally and in writing.

• You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take the initiative and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction driven attitude;

• You are interested in start-up environments; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services;
