What you’ll be doing:

• Rule keeper: Maintain and update purchasing lists and Cohabs Product rules to ensure our standards stay top-notch.

• Order manager: Oversee carpentry order tables to streamline workflows and guarantee on-time project delivery.

• Feedback Guru: Collect and analyze member feedback from various cities to understand needs and predict future challenges for our houses.

• Insight Wizard: Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and present your findings in regular reports with recommendations to the Product Specialist & Head of Product.

• Financial Analyst: Support financial analysis for new projects and innovations, evaluating their potential impact and feasibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like the Property Team to weigh costs vs. benefits.

• Education: You’re pursuing or completing a gap year, master’s degree, or end-of-studies internship.

• Analytical Mindset: You approach problems with creativity and enjoy sharing solutions backed by data.
