What would you do:

• Support on development projects in all cities (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, England, France, USA, & Italy)

• Support all permitting processes worldwide

• Be the guardian of the timeline between securing a deal and giving the key to the PM

• Validate all feasibilities on floor planner, remodel the plans of houses from 22 rooms to 99+

• Visite deals worldwide

Profile:

• You have an Architecture degree with at least 4 years experience

• You have experience with permits in Brussels and are open to learn new regulations from other cities

• You have a strong interest for real estate and development projects

• You are organized and structured

• You have solid skills with Autocad and Vectorworks is a plus

• You are autonomous and proactive

• You are willing to travel to our cities

• You are fluent in French and English
