As a Senior Creative Operations Expert at Contentsquare, you will be the backbone of operational efficiency within the Brand Creative Team, ensuring that projects are seamlessly executed from conception through to delivery.

This role involves close partnership with the Directors of Design and Copywriting, working together to refine creative workflows, support cross-functional initiatives, and drive impactful brand storytelling.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Creative, you will optimize our creative operations and facilitate communication across internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative process ownership:
  • Collaborate with the Directors of Design and Copywriting to drive the design, documentation, and optimization of creative workflows, setting standards for project management from ideation to final execution.
  • Create scalable frameworks for agile responses to evolving creative demands, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with team and brand objectives.
  • Resource & capacity management:
  • Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, balancing workloads, as well as suggesting and prioritizing high-impact projects.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and maximize team productivity.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, People, Finance and other teams to align on project goals, milestones, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Project performance tracking & reporting:
  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for creative operations, such as project timelines, resource efficiency, and budget adherence.
  • Use data insights to improve processes and support team alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor & budget management:
  • Manage relationships with freelancers and agencies, ensuring quality and consistency with brand standards.
  • Oversee the creative budget, identifying ways to optimize spending and enhance project ROI.
  • Innovation & process improvement:
  • Lead initiatives to continually improve the efficiency and quality of creative workflows, from implementing new tools to running retrospectives that foster continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops to encourage a culture of innovation and process excellence within the team.
  • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years in creative operations, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • A strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with an emphasis on effective team collaboration, bonus points for a hands-on Creative background.
  • Advanced understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira) and familiarity with creative production workflows.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for improved operational efficiency.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level business goals into effective creative plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex processes and build positive relationships across teams.
