WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The team follows the Agile methodology and is composed by Developers, QA Analyst, QA Automation, Product Manager and Product Owner, based in Paris and Lisbon offices.

We use JIRA as our ticket system and project management, Confluence is our documentation, Azure DevOps to store our repositories and manage our CI/CD.

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining the digital subscription platform, a key product for CORUM fundraising, so we expect a zero-defect policy.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

As a senior QA Automation Engineer, we expect to handle all the new features to be covered by Automation Tests, to help the team maintain the CI/CD and validate the quality delivered on production.

We are looking for a candidate with experience to work in cloud solution, in environment with multiple serverless applications. That means you will work in multiple projects with different stacks.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

For this position you must have some experience in the following technologies and tools:

  • Significant experience in automated testing and testing frameworks such as Playwright.
  • Knowledge of other testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is nice to have.
  • Javascript and Typescript knowledge.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Good understanding of testing principles and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, results-oriented mindset, and rigor.
  • Good understanding of the product tested and the business involved.

DESIRED SKILLS

It would be advantageous if you are familiar with some of the following design concepts:

  • Builder Design Patterns: Knowledge of design patterns for creating complex objects.
  • Page Object Models: Experience with creating and using page object models in test automation.
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Understanding of OOP principles and their application in testing.
  • Scrum/Kanban: Familiarity with agile frameworks and participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like, Azure Devops, GitLab, Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous
