You will play a crucial role in this mission by leveraging your technical expertise to understand prospect needs, develop high-performance AI and GenAI architectures, evangelize AI techniques and their deployment, and consolidate prospect requirements to feed the product roadmap.
Your mission:
Be a guide and problem-solver for prospects, acting as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor to our clients by:
Identifying and framing prospects’ use cases,
Proposing development phases and adequate architectures,
Quantifying the costs and benefits of proposed solutions (ROI assessment),
Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with the sales team’s account managers.
Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the Cloud ecosystem, ensuring they are enthusiastic about Craft AI’s vision and strategy.
Bridge the gap with Craft AI’s technical teams regarding client needs and develop demonstrations and documents for clients, lead workshops, seminars, and events with our partners.
Provide Craft AI’s Product team with insights into the technical needs of the market and prospects encountered, to continuously improve Craft AI’s product positioning.
Who we look for:
More than 5 years of experience interacting with customers in technical pre-sales or project management roles with commercial aspects in AI.
Ability to provide technical solutions for customers’ specialized needs, navigate a competitive landscape, and influence executive stakeholders.
Practical expertise in designing complex data architectures and public cloud platform solutions.
Previous experience in development using a basic programming language (preferably Python) and addressing issues related to artificial intelligence.
A French and English speaker.
