About the Role

As a Founder Associate Intern – Strategy & Operations, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to help define and execute our company’s most critical strategic projects, including funding rounds. You’ll act as a force multiplier on high-impact topics ranging from internal operations to company-wide planning.

Your Missions

🧠 Strategy & Structuring

• Work with the Chief of Staff and C-levels on strategic priorities and company planning

• Prepare internal reports, strategy notes, and roadmap reviews

• Help formalize and document strategic frameworks, processes, and operating models

🧩 Project Management & Ops

• Assist on cross-functional projects with teams across Product, Ops, Sales, and Tech

• Drive alignment across departments and ensure timely delivery

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

📊 Performance & Analytics

• Track key business KPIs and provide insight to support decisions

• Contribute to building dashboards and data models

• Take part in quarterly and OKR planning

• Background in business, Strategy and management

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Interest in health innovation, Biology, Data, startups, and digital transformation

• Bonus: experience in consulting, business strategy, or ops

• Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
