As Project manager for our carriers key account customers, you are part of the Customer Success team from our office in Paris. You handle project management to implement our tool with our major carrier clients.
Ensure the framing and deployment of complex projects from A to Z with customer teams.
Guarantee the best user experience and the best relationship with our customers by collaborating with Dashdoc’s sales, product, and technical teams.
Stimulate development opportunities by understanding our clients’ needs and supporting them.
Contribute to building the best product on the market through client feedbacks.
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes.

Driving licence and flexibility to go on-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites. Driving licence is mandatory
Experience in complex project management : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts companies, as consultant or project manager. You are autonomous on project methodology and proactive on identifying and solving problems.
Transport knowledge : you have a good knowledge of this business thanks to a first experience in a transport company or logistics company.
Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.
Product and tech-oriented : attraction for complex saas products, ability to connect business need with product solution, ability to give trainings.
Customer orientation and communication skills : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions. Interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence stakeholders, prepare and present written presentations
Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects, follow closely an action plan, proactivity
