🚀 The Mission

Dashdoc is opening the Spanish Market, we’re growing fast and are looking for a native or bilingual business developper from Spain ( having attended part of your studies in France would be a plus).

Dashdoc develops a SAAS Transport Management Software for transportation companies having trucks and Industrial players buying road freight transportation.

You’ll analyze the Spanish market, identify the right target, sign first customers to launch our Spanish activities.

Target is to reach 5M€ ARR in Spain in the coming 5 years.

We look for someone ambitious, top performer, full of energy, well structured that isn’t afraid of being hands on.

Starting in Paris, you’ll then move in Spain when your onboarding is complete and target well defined. (We look for someone Spanish Native)

🎯 The outcomes

  1. Market study for Spain to identify the right targets and define our customer acquisition strategy for the first 6 months. Meet 20 potential customers to identify eventual product needs ;

  2. Sign 35 customers with fleets between 20 and 100 trucks by end 2025 ;

  3. Help hiring 3 new sales representatives to develop Spain

Your tasks will be mainly to :

• Identify, prospect and convert companies with a high potential based on your commercial strategy.
• Listen and convince high level parners (CEO, CFO, etc).
• Ensure the complete sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).
• Perform the commercial presentation and/or demonstration of the product
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Profil recherché
