⭐ About the team: Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be joining a team of 14 in the US, located in New York, Paris, and Singapore whose sole mission is to bring on new customers. This team has been the engine of DataDome's exponential growth in the past years: be ready to join a rocket! 🚀
You will be responsible for generating new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) by bringing on new enterprise customers in the South East territory.
👉 Your scope: As the Enterprise Account Executive you will
#1 Originate and grow a strong and balanced pipeline:
- From your own hunting efforts on targeted accounts
- From the highly qualified leads delivered by our Business Development team
- From the highly qualified leads delivered by our Channel Sales team
#2 Ensuring high conversion rates for your leads and opportunities:
- Make sure the leads and prospects are qualified following DataDome step-by-step Customer Journey and MEDDPICC methodology
- Use established peers’ best practices and proactively find new creative solutions
- Leverage internal resources (Marketing, BDR, SEs, Tech & Product, Sales Management, etc.)
- Keep detailed track records of your progress and gather all relevant information in the CRM (we use Hubspot CRM)
#3 Carrying out negotiations and closing Enterprise deals:
- Understanding the prospect's pain points, expectations and desired ROI
- Using the Free Trial as an opportunity to dig deeper and demonstrate added value
- Leveraging DataDome's offering to reach mutually beneficial agreements
👤 It would be great if...
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 5 years of B2B SaaS solution experience with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- You have sold to Technical persona.
- Enterprise Sales experience.
- You are a hunter. You enjoy and are use to generating your own pipeline
- You are a closer, and have demonstrated your ability to close complex 6-figure deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- You are eager to learn and have a great ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
