About the Role

Are you passionate about marketing and communication?

As an apprentice in our Global Marketing Operations Team, you’ll dive into a dynamic role that combines practical creativity with problem-solving. 

You’ll play a key part in enhancing communication and engagement across our global marketing network, making a real impact while learning and growing with a team of experts.

Your Responsibilities

As an operations coordinator, you will:

  • Manage and Enhance Our Global Internal Website: 
    • Ensure the website is user-friendly, updated with the latest content, and aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to upload and organize resources effectively.
  • Coordinate the Global Marketing Newsletter:
    • Draft, edit, and send engaging newsletters to the global marketing community.
    • Curate content from various teams to keep the community informed and inspired.
  • Animate and Engage the Global Marketing Community:
    • Organize interactive initiatives, such as connections, working sessions, and community calls.
    • Foster collaboration and alignment within the marketing network by using tools and resources efficiently and effectively.
    • Organize and facilitate feedback sessions, Q&As, managing FAQs, chat communities and community events
  • Support Key Communication Projects:
    • Contribute to projects and initiatives, such as marketing updates, campaign launches, or process improvement etc.
    • Assist with developing templates and best practices for better alignment and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace tools, including Google Forms, Slides, Sheets, and others.
    • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong ability to engage others and clearly convey ideas and topics effectively.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
