The Customer Growth Domain is expanding and undergoing an ambitious Transformation. We are pivoting from local smaller teams to a global organization. Customer Growth provides best-in-class seamless customer identification and connection to the Decathlon ecosystem. We are responsible for developing customer 360 knowledge and lead the business through personalized lifecycle activation & management.

To help us transform and build engineering excellence we are for a Senior Engineering Manager to support the teams in designing interfaces, reusable components, help our engineers grow/thrive, at scale, securely, robustly, on budget, data driven, at required pace and compliant to our high standards.
We operate in 45+ countries and are responsible for 200M+ individual accounts, 30K created each day, 250K login connections, 2.5B Email, 45M push messages and over 80M online visits.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for implementing actions to enhance excellence in development skills, and for providing human resources support for people with these skills. Our aim is to enable features to be created on a larger scale, faster and with a higher quality than any other company in the sector. You will be leading multiple squads and ensure they are empowered to deliver on objectives.
