GLOBAL PROCESS ENGINEER

Join us as our GLOBAL PROCESS ENGINEER at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, ideally in Bordeaux, France, to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As the GLOBAL PROCESS ENGINEER, you will be in charge of developing, optimising and improving IT processes within the infrastructure team. Document IT processes to pass audits. Taking care about our internal IT documentation and the Intranet appearance of the infrastructure team. Developing the infrastructure part of the CMDB. Bring in your cloud experiences.

You will:

  • Define, implement, monitor and optimize IT processes with the internal IT department of Dedalus.

  • Prepare and maintain IT process documentations not only for audits.

  • Taking care about our Intranet appearance and optimizing the information / usages for our employees.

  • Developing the infrastructure part of the CMDB (based on ServiceNow) and design the implementation of the CMDB in automated processes.

  • Integrate automation tools and processes to enhance system administration efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams.

  • Update and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaboration to further expand the cloud readiness within Dedalus.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or other education (e.g., IT specialist / systems integration) with experience in IT process definitions and implementations, knowledge about automating processes and cloud environments.

  • Knowhow in operating modern IT environments

  • Willingness to tackle complex and challenging projects

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Goal- and result-oriented action ("doer mentality")

  • Good English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong proficiency in ITIL based process implementations

  • Knowledge of system administration: Windows & Linux

  • Knowhow in cloud-technologies (AWS, AZURE, GCP)

Desirable Requirements

  • Bonus: CheckMK; VMware ARIA, Automation (Saltstack)

  • Basic knowledge: script languages

Permanent position to be filled as soon as possible, preferably in Artigues-près-Bordeaux, France. After a period of adaptation, hybrid work will be possible.
